Elmwood Park Zoo Pass
Elmwood Park Zoo was established in 1924 when a local farmer transferred 16 acres and a small menagerie to the Borough of Norristown. It currently maintains over 100 species.
Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania
The Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania houses one of the most significant collections of historic railroad artifacts in the world. It is devoted to preserving and interpreting the broad impact of railroad development on society.
Please Touch Museum Pass
This organization membership pass entitles up to 6 people free admission to the Please Touch Museum of Philadelphia. The pass will include parking passes at the museum and carousel wristbands at the time of check-in.
Please note that we cannot place holds on the passes. Call UPV to check availability.
Museum Passes Policies
- Passes may be borrowed on ADULT cards holders (age 18+)
- Please show your own library card when borrowing a museum pass
- Available on a first come, first serve basis–ONE PASS PER FAMILY including passes from other libraries.
- May be reserved by phone; must be picked up within one hour.
- If you reserve by phone, make sure the person picking up matches who reserved the pass.
- 3 day loan.
- $5.00/day late fee with $85 limit.
- Passes must be returned inside at UPV Library. A $5.00 fine will be charged if the passes are returned in the outside book drop or to another library.
- Replacement cost for a lost museum pass is the price of the institution’s library membership, which may be higher than a single family membership.
- Hold requests are not authorized for Museum Passes.
