The Upper Perk Library presents Kenneth Serfass as he takes us on a journey through the haunted history of railroads. He will weave eerie tales into the rhythmic clatter of wheels on the tracks. These stories, whether true or simply the product of vivid imaginations, adds a spine-tingling twist to the romance of rail travel.
This program is free and open to the public.
